AMG.net, (a Bull Group company), has acquired Polish company JADE and established a skills center for Microsoft technologies.
AMG.net (a Bull Group company) is today announcing the acquisition of JADE SARL, a Polish company which is a Microsoft ‘Gold Partner’, with the aim of establishing a skills center for services development based on Microsoft technologies. The acquisition is part of Bull’s plan for growth in Poland, a key area for the Group’s strategic development.
The aim of this acquisition is to offer a comprehensive range of services based around Microsoft technologies, and to become a major player in this marketplace, mainly focused on Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The two companies are planning to recruit almost 200 people over the next two years, at their various locations in Warsaw, Łódź, Toruń and Gdańsk.
