The StoreWay Solution Center at Bull’s Grenoble facility unites a complete set of skills and resources to fully address today’s storage issues
Within the Bull Customer Briefing Center in Grenoble, the expert team of the StoreWay Solution Center delivers an extensive range of skills in storage technologies. Bull experts help customers to understand the latest market trends and how to build efficient storage architectures, able to both address their business issues and legal requirements. Based on a large catalog of storage solutions addressing today’s storage challenges, they enable customers to precisely assess their organisational and cost (Capex/Opex) impact.
Taking advantage of state-of-the-art storage, server and network infrastructures, the StoreWay Solution Center offers customers personalised seminars, workshops on architecture design, as well as remote demonstrations. It also proposes a wide programme of seminars and services around EMC solutions.
In 2010, the center has implemented two new demonstrations for virtual environments based on VMware and Escala. These two backup and restore solutions built on EMC products are complement the email archiving and disaster recovery solutions already available

A new StoreWay EMC Solution Center opens for business in Cologne, Germany
Opened end January, the Cologne Solution Center provides a local platform for Bull Germany to demonstrate the latest storage solutions to customers and prospects. The demonstrations were developed in conjunction with the StoreWay EMC Solution Center in Grenoble, France and are based on EMC Unified Celerra storage and VMware servers running Microsoft Windows and EXchange.During the opening day, 3 solutions were demonstrated
- Advanced Data Protection using EMC Replication Manager managing Snapshots and Clones
- Email Archiving using StoreWay Calypso, Microsoft EXchange and EMC Centera
- Disaster recovery for VMware using VMware Site Recovery Manager and EMC array replication tools.
